12:00 PM - 12:30PM CST
Have you had moments in life where you needed to lean on someone for career advice or assistance? Maybe the person who helped you was a teacher, friend, family member, athletic coach or other. These people who we confide in are often our mentors and they help guide, encourage, direct and shape the various opportunities and/or situations we need support in.
The purpose of mentoring is to tap into the wisdom, skills, and experience of esteemed individuals and professionals. Then transfer these skills to less experienced individuals in effort to advance their life and careers.
Join us and a special all-male panel, during lunch for 30 minutes, on Thursday, August 26th as we discuss how to develop a work-life relationship that can result in growth and development through mentorship. We will discover the male perspective of: starting a new career, reverse mentorship & leaders coaching leaders.
